BiH IIES Transparent, secure and correct results!

Innovation, together with the partner Scytl from Spain worked on the General elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina that were held on 3 October 2010. Our assignment there was not an easy job. The development of an IT system was a complex process. The fact that BiH is divided in cantons and the multinational character of the country made it very attention demanding and long process. Our team not only provided support from the start –since 24.03.2010, but we also had our representatives there for three months during the whole process. We still provide help for Bosnia and Herzegovina in the testing phase for the Local elections (Mayoral, Assembly and National Minority) that held in January 2011.

The result of this work is BiH IIES (Bosnia and Herzegovina – Integrated Information Election System) - a system that enables automatic evaluation of the results from the election process for all the types of election processes (8 – general and municipal ) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It was the Innovation’s team that helped in the accomplishment of the objective of the BiH IIES - to allow transparent, secure and correct results for the local elections.
