Bureau for Development of education

As part of its USAID Human and Institutional Development Program, World Learning/Macedonia worked with the Bureau for Development of education in Macedonia, a body within the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Macedonia, since March 2007. Within this project World Learning/Macedonia engaged Innovation to implement Document Management and Workflow Management solution.

The software was implemented in the Bureau in December 2008. This solution includes modules for automation of the internal processes in the BDE, electronic archiving of documents as well as organization of the company documents on several possible ways. Innovation’s software improves the performance and efficiency of the BDE, increasing the quality provided to its customers.
