Mk Vote Phase 2 - State Election Commision’s Integrated Information System for managing the Parliamentary Elections’ Processes

In 2011 for the needs of the early parliamentary elections in Macedonia there was a real need for a new, improved, integrated information system. Considering the Innovation’s experience and expertise in this area, as well as the years of successful collaboration, the State Election Commission of Macedonia signed a new contract with its trusted partner.

This year’s election process was performed flawlessly again, and in the shortest possible time, as a result of the quality performance of the system, accurate and transparent results were published. The SEC’s satisfaction from the performance of their processes was obvious. The objective of presenting a clear picture of the whole election process in front the public was achieved and their reactions were also totally positive.

The new and improved functionalities were delivered by the following modules:

Module for entering the results and reports
Module for audit and investigation
Module for allocation of mandates
Module for simulation of the impact of the pooling stations on the final results
Module for the members of the SEC
Web site for displaying the results and the turnout
Application for presenting data in press centers
