Special focus in the R&D department is paid on the migration of the services in the web cloud, application in the mobile environment, use of sematic technologies and ubiquity. Innovation developed and implemented several software solutions in banks, telecommunication companies, universities, international organizations and governmental institutions. It cooperates with several foreign partner companies, universities and research groups in USA, Spain, UK, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, Serbia and Poland. The company also works in the areas of general IT consultancy. Innovation is authorized certification center of Pearson-VUE and Prometric with the availability of over 4,000 industrial certificates on site. Innovation is official representative for Micros Fidelio in Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania under the auspices of Micros Fidelio Croatia.
